The present conditions of sale are concluded on one side by BOHEM COLOR whose head office is in Torroella de Montgri - Spain, and on the other side, by any physical or moral person wishing to proceed to a purchase via the Internet site: www.bohemcolor.com hereafter named "the buyer".
Object
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between BOHEM COLOR and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the site, that the purchaser is professional or consumer.
The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by BOHEM COLOR.
BOHEM COLOR reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the purchaser.
Product characteristics
The products that appear in the catalogue published on the www.bohemcolor.com boutique are unique pieces, available while stocks last.
Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the designer herself.
The photographs of the products on the site are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
Prices
The prices appearing on the site are prices including all taxes in EURO taking into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected on the price of the products or the services of delivery.
BOHEM COLOR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.
The prices indicated do not include delivery costs. These are invoiced in addition. However, you will benefit from free delivery on orders of 80 euros or more.
The purchase of products and delivery services available on the www.bohemcolor.com shop are reserved for buyers who reside in EUROPE + Schengen Area.
Orders
Buyers wishing to purchase a product must :
- confirm their order after checking it
- make payment in the conditions stipulated
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of having read them and waiver of the right to invoke their own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions.
All the data supplied and the recorded confirmation will be deemed proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
Returns
Purchasers, who are non-professional individuals, have a cooling-off period of seven days from delivery of their order to return the products to the seller without penalty for exchange or reimbursement. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the purchaser.
Terms of payment
The price is payable when the order is placed. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be sent once the full amount of the order has been received.
Payments by credit card will be made via the secure STRIPE or PAYPAL systems.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and are only possible within the agreed geographical area (Europe + Schengen Area).
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of BOHEM COLOR. In the event of damage during transport, the justified protest must be formulated near the conveyor within three days as from the delivery.
As all the products available in the shop are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.
Guarantee
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All claims, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made either by email to info@idees-deco.es, by the contact form available on the site to the customer service department or by post to the following address: BOHEM COLOR - Nathalie Clemente, C.
